Please note that we require 3 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. To ensure that your service provider will be able to provide the best possible service, we ask you to be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is considered a "no show" and we will unfortunately be unable to complete the scheduled service. Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
